Dr. Parisa Mehdian
General Dentist & Owner of Vancouver Dental Spa
Since she was a child, she really loved to follow her dad and become a dentist.
After graduation on 2010, Dr. Mehdian honed her skills and learned fine quality dental care through observation and working with top dental professionals, including her father, who is a well-known dentist in the fields of Cosmetic dentistry, Endodontics, and Surgery.
She has more than 8 years of experience in providing high-quality dental care in well-established practices where major concern has always been high-standard patient care. Her practice philosophy is based on respect, mutual trust and making difference in patients lives by creating beautiful, healthy smiles.
Dr. Mehdian stays up-to-date regarding advanced techniques and materials in modern dentistry by regularly attending continuing education seminars and studying the latest journal articles and books. Her dedication to continuing education is reflected in her involvement in dental board training programs.
She has instructed several internationally trained dentists to pass the Dental board and obtain their Canadian license. She is also an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, the Canadian Dental Association, the British Columbia Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Medical Council of Iran and the Iranian Dental Association. Dr. Mehdian is a mom and she loves to spend time with her family.

Heated and Massage Dental Chair
We take every step to make your experience beyond expectations. Warm Towel, Stress Relief Ball, and patient entertainment are well matched with heated and massaged dental chairs in order to ensure your comforts. Our friendly and professional staff will provide all you need to have a relaxing dental session.
Digital X-Rays
Digital x-ray files are stored in a digital format that can be easily pulled up chairside for the reference of the dentist and the patient. This means patients can be more involved in the treatment process, and gain a better understanding of their oral health and treatment options.
Intraoral Cameras
These tiny, high-resolution cameras fit easily inside the mouth, allowing your dentist to obtain highly detailed images. The images taken with an intraoral camera can be projected on a screen chair-side so that you can see exactly what your dentist does.
Laser Dentistry
We use dental lasers in a wide range of treatments, including gummy smile reduction, gum recontouring, surgery, and endodontics. These lasers are significantly more precise than many traditional dental treatments, allowing them to conserve more bone, tooth and gum tissue.
CBCT Machine
Dental Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is a special x-ray that is used in cases where regular dental or facial x-rays are not sufficient. Your dentist may use this CBCT machine to produce three dimensional (3-D) images of your teeth, soft tissues, and even nerve pathways and bone, in a single scan.
